JACOB M. ALLRED
was ordained an Elder by Martin W. Allred on April 20, 2003.

MARTIN W. ALLRED
was ordained an Elder by Merrill F. Higham on September 16, 1979.

MERRILL F. HIGHAM
was ordained an High Priest by Frank C. Higham on January 19, 1969.

FRANK C. HIGHAM
was ordained an High Priest by Matthew Cowley on October 23, 1949.

MATTHEW COWLEY
was ordained an Apostle by George Albert Smith on October 11, 1945.

GEORGE ALBERT SMITH
was ordained an Apostle by Joseph F. Smith on October 3, 1903.

JOSEPH F. SMITH
was ordained an Apostle by Brigham Young on July 1, 1866.

BRIGHAM YOUNG
was ordained an Apostle by the Three Witnesses, Oliver Cowdrey, David Whitmer (mouth) and Martin Harris, on February 14, 1835. (See D.H.C. Vol. II, pp. 186-198)

THE THREE WITNESSES
were called by revelation to choose the Twelve Apostles and on February 14, 1835 were blessed by the laying on of hands of The Presidency, Joseph Smith Jr., Sidney Rigdon, and Frederick G. Williams to ordain the Twelve Apostles. Oliver Cowdrey was ordained an Apostle about June, 1829 by Peter, James and John (D&C 27:12); David Whitmer was ordained an High Priest by Oliver Cowdrey on October 25, 1831; Martin Harris was ordained an High Priest by Lyman Wight who was ordained an High Priest in June, 1831 by Joseph Smith, Jr.

THE FIRST PRESIDENCY
Joseph Smith Jr. was ordained an Apostle by Peter, James and John about June, 1829 (D&C 27:12); Sidney Rigdon was ordained an High Priest by Lyman Wight who was ordained an High Priest by Joseph Smith Jr. and Oliver Cowdrey, March 18, 1833.

PETER JAMES AND JOHN
were ordained Apostles by the Lord Jesus Christ (John 15:16).
